For gap filling between manganese steel liners and body of cone crushers and mantle, High Performance Backing Compound: Fast setting non-shrinking with high volumetric stability, high compressive and impact strength. Recommended for backing and bonding of wear metals in gyratory crushers & large cone crushers. No melting required, just mix and pour it. Eliminates formation of gaps between liners and support structures. Backing Compound: Recommended for use in cone crushers up to 7 feet in size providing safety & durability. Crusher Compound: Recommended for Backing of liner bolts, diaphragms, head liners. Locking Compound: Recommended for locking the inner and outer eccentric bushings in Cone crushers. Offers high temperature performance. Resistant to high impact.

The system consists of cold welded compounds with high strength reinforcements. These systems are most useful in arresting leakages of pipelines, valves, flange joints carrying gas, oil & chemicals having pressures up to 5 kgs. The systems can be used online as well.

Wear Resistant Putty:

Ceramic filled putty used for reclamation & rebuilding of equipments subject to wear, erosion, cavitation & abrasion, e.g. rebuilding of pump casings, impellers, worn out portion of pipe bends, MPO, MDV bodies, valves seating areas, chutes, condenser tube plates etc.

Brushable Ceramic:

Ultra smooth, high gloss, ceramic filled brushable polymer, used for bimetallic corrosion in condenser tube sheet, coating of water box, internal coating of pipelines, pump casings, ID Fans. Improves pump efficiency.

Wearing Compound:

Filled with large ceramic beads and fine silicon carbide recommended for hard sliding abrasion, used for rebuilding of bird centrifuge, venturies, deducting fans, bends, chutes, cyclones, nozzles. High Temperature Wearing Compound withstands continuous temperature up to 250 deg C. Used for rebuilding of scrubbers, cyclones, dust collectors, fan housing.

Pneu Wear/High Temperature Pneu Wear :

Filled with small ceramic beads and fine silicon carbide, used for rebuilding of bends, chutes, cyclones, dust filters and pumps to counter heavy pneumatic abrasion.
