Koroguard TM - Anti corrosive 100% solids, high performance epoxy based coating system for outstanding resistance to moisture, water, acid, alkalis and corrosive media. Used for steel structures, tanks and equipment under severe corrosive environment,
Koroguard 10 - Anti-fungal, anti bacterial coating system, non-shrinking, chemical resistant 100% solid epoxy system, Used for HVAC systems, lagoons, dairy equipments, meets FDA guideline (Non -Toxicity certified),
Koroguard UW - recommended for underwater damp/moist surfaces, used for dams, water gallery, concrete structure or tank.
Multiguard - Two part epoxy system, for steel structures, pipelines and equipment exposed to humid atmosphere, mild chemical resistance.
Multiguard PU - Two part polyurethane coating system with excellent UV resistance,
Chemguard - protects base metal or concrete against chemical attack. Sustains 33% HCL, used for coating on tanks of chemical plants, fertilizer plants, immersion applications.

Glass flakes coatings, Glass flake reinforced epoxy and polyester protective coatings Koroguard GF – Two part 100% Solid epoxy system reinforced with screened glass flakes, recommended for protection of industrial equipments against corrosion, erosion and chemical attack. Used for cooling tower header, pumps, tanks, steel structures, internal and external coating of pipelines.
Koroguard 1000 GF - Three part high-build heavy-duty chemical resistant polyester Glass Flake system, reinforced with screened glass flake, recommended for sea water corrosion protection & coastal environment, for pipelines, structures, equipment.
Koroguard 200 GF - Modified low viscous version recommended for internal as well as external coating for pipelines, steel structures.
Chemguard GF - Three part high-build heavy-duty Chemical resistant, multifunctional Vinyl ester Glass Flake system, recommended for acid pumps, gas separator vessels and other acid handling media.

| | | Wear And Abrasion Resistant Compounds- Tuff Wear
Wear Resistant Putty – Ceramic filled putty used for reclamation & rebuilding of equipments subject to wear, erosion, cavitation & abrasion, e.g. rebuilding of pump casings, impellers, worn out portion of pipe bends, MPO, MDV bodies, valves seating areas, chutes, condenser tube plates etc.
Brushable Ceramic – Ultra smooth, high gloss, ceramic filled brushable polymer, used for bimetallic corrosion in condenser tube sheet, coating of water box, internal coating of pipelines, pump casings, ID Fans. Improves pump efficiency.
Wearing Compound - Filled with large ceramic beads and fine silicon carbide recommended for hard sliding abrasion, used for rebuilding of bird centrifuge, venturies, deducting fans, bends, chutes, cyclones, nozzles.
High Temperature Wearing Compound withstands continuous temperature up to 250 deg C. Used for rebuilding of scrubbers, cyclones, dust collectors, fan housing.
Pneu Wear/High Temperature Pneu Wear - Filled with small ceramic beads and fine silicon carbide, used for rebuilding of bends, chutes, cyclones, dust filters and pumps to counter heavy pneumatic abrasion

| Epoxy Grouting Compounds
Protects Foundations, withstands high loads, vibrations and stresses. Marine Chocking:
High strength, self levelling, impermeable and non shrinking polymer grout recommended for installation of main equipments which requires accurate positioning for critical alignments. Used for foundation bolts, compressor, pinch rollers, table journals, crushers, presses, dg sets etc.
Fast Set Grout: Non-shrinking and self levelling, used for pumps, compressors, setting anchor bolts and levelling machinery. Fast setting and fast curing.
Deep pour grout: Recommended where depth of grouting pit is more than 6”. Excellent mechanical properties with adhesion strength.
Protective Sealer Recommended for injection grouting and hard to reach areas. Excellent resistance to water and industrial chemicals. Used for water proofing of concrete walls and roofs, sealing of concrete cracks etc.

| Industrial Acid Resistant Floorings
Designed to save industrial floor from chemical attack and protect from damage, oil spillage etc.
Floor Fill Compound - Trowelable, non- shrinking, easy to apply, three component epoxy system, recommended for emergency repairs & resurfacing of damaged floors, can be applied to thickness from 2mm to 15mm.
Screeding Compound - Two component polymer base laying system, fast curing, ease in application, recommended as intermediate layer. Thickness ranging from 1 mm to 5 mm. Used for heavy duty applications.
Chemical Resistant Floor – Recommended for surface protection against acids, alkalis and various chemicals, thickness ranging from 0.5 to 4 mm, substitute for acid resistant tile/brick for DM water plant flooring etc.

Self levelling monolithic epoxy flooring Floor Coat SLF - Especially suited for industrial and commercial establishments where monolithic, dust & bacteria free environment is needed. It has high gloss surface finish, excellent resistance to water, oil & light industrial chemical, easy to clean with wide range of colour combinations depending on individual requirements. Extensively used for automobile workshops, electronic industries, hospitals, hotels, laboratories, pharmaceutical units, control rooms, breweries, showrooms & food processing units etc, can be applied from 500 microns to 5mm.
