This pump consists of identical diaphragms mounted together which operates as one piece and also perform as the backup for one another. In case, one diaphragm fails, the other continues the uninterrupted operation thus avoiding any leakage, air suction or mixing of the process fluid. There is a pressure gauge between the diaphragms monitoring the pressure reading of the diaphragms. In case there is no pressure reading, it indicates that both the diaphragms are working efficiently where as pressure indicates the operation of either of the pump.

Our pumps are separated in two sections which are separated by a diaphragm. Piston or plunger separates operates in a cylinder of one section for displacing the non-corrosive fluid which is transmitted by a flexible diaphragm to the liquids to be pumped. Especially designed valves are the only moving part in the pump that are in contact with the liquid to be pumped and efficiently handles the material. Sometimes, the movement of the diaphragm may be air actuated or the movement of diaphragm is produced by direct mechanical action.

The breakage of polypropylene flanges at suction & discharge ends is avoided by designing one piece sturdy solid moulded Volute casing. Dome lock nut made of Hastelloy, Alloy 20, 22 SS 316 are used according to liquid to be handled and prevents the Loosening of Impeller. In accordance with the liquid to be handled, sleeves are made of Hastelloy B or C,Ceramic Alloy 20, Monel etc.
