We are engaged in providing double acting plunger pumps that used for displacing a given amount of fluid in cycle of operation. For creating the pumping action, the ball check valves on each side of the pump body works with the reciprocating motion of a plunger. To handle various chemicals with single motor, we offer pumps in simplex, duplex or multiple heads. With each head having an individual connection, the capacity of the head can be adjusted independently.
We offer double acting pumps, which are more efficient than single-acting pumps. Our double acting pumps, discharges the liquid during the entire revolution. Which means that the discharge takes place during both the forward and return strokes of the piston. These pumps provides smooth operation with independent or common inlet and outlet.
Fabricated using premium quality raw material, our technically advanced Duplex Hydraulic Operated Diaphragm Pump, work on a similar principle of simplex hydraulic operated pump. This pump is highly beneficial to be used in case of corrosive liquids being pumped where in the liquid is kept out of the pump body in the primary diaphragm and the process is aided by back up diaphragm. This process allows the replacement of diaphragm before the pump gets damaged and makes our pump advantageous over the conventional pumps in the market.
We also manufacture Sandwich Diaphragm Pump which is categorized under duplex hydraulic pump and is known to deliver long performance without any interruption. This pump consists of identical diaphragms mounted together which operates as one piece and also perform as the backup for one another. In case, one diaphragm fails, the other continues the uninterrupted operation thus avoiding any leakage, air suction or mixing of the process fluid. There is a pressure gauge between the diaphragms monitoring the pressure reading of the diaphragms. In case there is no pressure reading, it indicates that both the diaphragms are working efficiently where as pressure indicates the operation of either of the pump.
