Packing Conveyor Belt

Catering to the packaging requirements of various sectors, we offer high performance packing conveyor belt. It has a stainless steel table top and a moving endless sandwich belt in its center. The tabletop is fixed to the same structure which is fabricated from SS square pipe. It is supported on adjustable bolts. For final visual inspection and easy packing, the table is made in 12 inches working space on the two sides of the conveyor belt.

The operation of our efficient packing conveyor belt is enlisted below:

• The conveyor belt brings the container or products from the labeling/ blister/strip machine
• Operator in turn pickup these bottles/products & visually inspect them
• Necessary actions are performed such as primary packing, secondary packing, picking & placing at proper place.
