Double Crown Wire Stitchery

It produce double staples is one stroke parallel from heavy uniform gap between the two staples.

Maximum depth of carton 34" & 44" only.


Flap Sealing Stitchery


While stitching on this machine one side of the box's flap should be overlapped.

Sheet Pressing Machine is used for pressing a lot of corrugated boards after pasting to remove air bubbles & to obtain an even board. The pressing height range from 0" to 48".

Heavy duty hand operated machine to cut the paper of corrugated board.

Single phase Vertical Type Corrugation Machine, simple to operate with manual loading, twin shaft reel stand. The of the machine is approximately 50 RFT per minute.

Single Face Oblique type corrugation machine, with twin shaft motorized reel stands, has more production capacity. The output of the machine is approximately 80 RFT per mintue. this machine is with one pre heater also.

Characteristics:

• Creases & slits (cuts) corrugated sheets, vertically & horizontally to the required length & width.
• Machine fitted with easily adjustable Creasing Dies & Cutters in two halves.
• Two gauges (left/right) fitted on the feeding table to use both ends.
• Heavy duty machine with 4 shafts fitted on ball bearings for smooth running.
• Fitted with 4 sets creaser heads, 4 sets trimming heads with manual
  shifting of heads.

• Heavy duty machine provided with 3 slotting heads & 1 corner head (L shaped cutting). The heads can be adjusted accurately to the required size.
• Slot depth -18” and Speed - approx. 25-30 strokes per minute.
• Gauges are provided on the table and on the knives for accurate depth.
• Efficiently designed lubrication system fitted in the machine.

This machine is designed for high production & straight cutting of sheet or two ply corrugated board without damaging flutes & linear paper. This machine is also synchronized directly with corrugaction machine. PIV chain gear box is provided for adjusting cutting lenth of sheet (18' to 100'). Approximate maximum speed is 200 feet per minute.

 

Sheet Pasting Machine is meant for gluing the  fluted side of 2 ply board to make corrugated  board of different piles. The speed of machine is 150 m/mints.

Platen die punching is designed for heavy jobs of cutting, creasing and embossing of paper, Linoleum, card board, corrugated board, Plastic & PVC material etc. Machine is with Electro-magnetic clutch & Breake, Dwell timing device, electric impression counter, safety guards for operator's safely, circuit locking & circuit Breaker.
