The range of Bag Filters manufactured by us with client's drawing is used for cleaning the environment from pollution. These filters are available for recovering the powder form dust or finished product with the help of I.D. FAN. Further, our range comes in three different modules, mentioned below:

• Online Pulse Jet Bag Filters- Single Module- With compressed air piping & control logics
• Offline Pulse Jet Bag Filters- Multi Module- With compressed air piping & control logics
• Reverse Air Bag Filters- Multi Module- With compressed air piping & control logics & thimble & clamp arrangement

 

Efficiency and advantages:

• Material is expensive and hence high collection efficiency is desired
• Handle a wide range of gas volumes- from 60,000 m3/hr to more than 10, 80,000 m3/hr

As per the client's design & demand  we manufactures  wide range of Centrifugal Dust Collection Systems, called Cyclones. These cyclones work as per the mechanical procedure for removing comparatively large particles upto 5 to 10 mm from gas Flow. Also, this range is used for the collection of coarse dust particles.

The Cyclone Separator works by introducing the dusty air in the cyclone from the top with the help of inlet pipe which is tangential to the cylindrical portion. After this, the gases move downwards in twisting motion, thus, forming a peripheral vertex. This process also raises the centrifugal forces, resulting in throwing of dust particles towards the wall of the cyclone and moving downwards into the hopper. Once the gas reaches to the end of the conical portion, it changes its direction and moves upwards towards the outlet and form an inner vertex. Hence, due to this upward movement of gases against gravity, most of the dust particles get separated and fall into the conical hopper for subsequent removal.
