Being a quality driven organization, we conduct stringent quality tests to ensure that all the features of our range of engineering equipments are high-end. The tests begin with the very first step that is procurement of the raw material. The different raw material, some of which are mild and stainless steel, carbon and alloy metals, are checked and cross checked more than a few times before using them in the manufacturing process. Thereafter, the finished products are also checked on various parameters like performance, resistance to corrosion and temperature and others, time and again before finally being delivered to the clients.

 

For conducting the quality tests, we have developed a separate, well equipped in-house quality department that consists of various quality checking machines and equipment and is managed by our expert quality inspectors. In addition, we adhere to a well defined Quality Assurance Program (QAP) while carrying on the quality tests and have also established relationships with reputed Third Party Inspection Agencies to have an impartial quality check of the products in the end.
