Vertical Cuplock System Available with us, is a quality assured range of cuplock system vertical standards that is suitable for propping or access application economically. These verticals are provided with a set connection point at 500 /1000 mm with vertical intervals for maximum variability in use. Offered in different sizes of 3000 mm, 2500 mm, 2000 mm, 1500 mm, and 1000 mm or as required, these verticals hold the following details: -
Lower cups are welded in position -
Upper moveable cups are retained by a fixed stop -
Verticals are drilled for the fixing of SPIGOT joint -
Bolt can be used to restrain upward forces if required |  |
| Ledger Cuplock System Leveraging on our state-of-the-art infrastructure facility, we are manufacturing and exporting a precision engineered range of cuplock system ledgers. These ledgers are robust in design and thus ensure that virtually no maintenance for horizontals. Available in the sizes of 2500 mm, 200 mm, 1500 mm, 1250 mm, 1000 mm and 500 mm these ledgers can be made to a special length if required. Offered with a forged blade end that fits in the cup of the vertical, these ledgers have an effective length equivalent to the center of the two verticals. |
Transom Cuplock System We have come up with a quality proven range of cuplock system transoms that is made using steel or timber battens for strong span of up to 2.5m supported only at each end. The battens available with these transoms are carried through a special section horizontal known as Omega. When the battens are fitted, the decking is completely flat and level. The forged ends fitting into the cups on the verticals are used by Omega Transom in the same way as other horizontals. We also offer intermediate transom that provides additional support to the structure by placing them at different levels horizontally from one ledger to another. These are offered in the sizes of 2500 mm, 200 mm, 1500 mm, 1250 mm, 1000 mm and 500 mm, which can also be custom-made. | |
| H Frame We are instrumental in manufacturing H Frames that are fitted with rigidly welded frames of maximum three vertical and two or more horizontal elements. Connected by scissor cross braces through pins with welded spring clips or gravity locks, these frames are suitable for erection on varying ground levels. These H frames are used for the erection of exact height towers or an array by using its single a combination of sizes for the required job. These H frames do not require tools for erection and are yet rigid and sway free in structure without any loose fittings. Suitable for quick and easy erection, these H frames use cross braces and selection of the locating pins on the frames, which are used for achieving a platform span up to 8' (2400 mm). Wall & Floor Forms We have in store for our clients, a robustly constructed range of wall & floor forms that is primarily used for providing concrete finish in construction sites. Wall Forms are basically the replacement of timber and are used for casting of RCC columns, beams and walls and as construction applications. Having a similar use, floor forms are used for casting of floor slabs and related construction applications. Available in standard and customized sizes, these wall & floor forms are quality tested on the parameters of precision, dimensions (square) and time involved. | Props & Spans We bring forth for our clients, an extensive range of props & spans that is used for structural construction and building sites. Props are basically used for supporting formwork shuttering and allowing speedy erection and dismantling in construction sites through a telescopic function. These props are infinitely reusable and can be erected without tools or requisite skill set. A self- cleaning stub on the collar nut, when rotated, these props do not have any loose parts to be mislaid or lost. A threaded external tube in combination with an internal tube with intermediate holes gives the desirable extended size within the maximum and minimum extended range of the prop Following are the specifications of our props: -
Automatically cleans the threads of dirt, cement and other foreign substances that hamper quick and easy adjustment. -
Simple insertion of a rod in the holed boss on the collar nut facilitates turning of the collar nut in confined spaces. -
Compatible holes on base plates and head plates of 150 x 150 mm help double staging when required. -
Beam head version comprising of 300 x 100 mm head plate is also available for wider support. -
Stir-up heads snugly fit into either of the plates without any additional fastening. Spans are important components for structural construction scaffolding that are used to provide support to the overall structure. Primarily used to support floor forms while laying slabs, these spans are the most advanced telescopic centering systems that support floor forms while laying slabs. Virtually eliminating vertical propping and permitting free space beneath the spans, these spans can be adjusted as per the need and can easily be used and erected by unskilled labor. Spans are integrated with inner and outer lattice members the sizes of which can bridge spans as small as 1892 mm to as large as 5510 mm. Scaffolding Tube Our clients can avail from us, a compactly designed range of scaffolding tubes used for carrying heavy loads or where multiple platforms must reach several stories high. These versatile tubes are acknowledged for their high strength, which enables them to be assembled in multiple directions and a variety of settings. These tubes are available in the standard size of 48.3 mm outside diameter and 3.2 mm wall thickness. Offered in predetermined lengths up to 6.00 meters, as per the application, these scaffolding tubes can also be availed in light or heavy pipes depending on the loading conditions. | |
