Softy Ice cream Process Machines

It has an integrated gear pump to provide superior quality and quantity of ice-cream. To ensure the eco-friendliness of our Soft 106, we use environmental friendly "CFC free refrigerant" and "CFC free thermal insulation".

Having easy to read and operate control, this softy ice cream process machine has following attributes:

• Independent refrigeration to the tank ensures the mix is thoroughly chilled, both during production and during breaks
• Specially designed beaters with self-aligning plastic blades for faster ice-cream dispense
• The production cylinders have a direct expansion cooling system ensuring rapid operation
• Soft 106-3 plus 1 choice. The system is optimized with 3 different flavors available at any one time, plus the option of serving the natural traditional product
• Area below the dispenser head is specially designed so that the recess allows the use of large diameter cups and cones easily

• Considering an average ice-cream overrun of 40% (gravity feed) and 70% (machine with pump)
• Different electrical specifications available upon request and with price surcharge
• The hourly output may vary depending upon the mix used
• Optimum performance at a room/ambient temperature of 36^oc
• Performance is subjected to great variation in case of abuse by putting in non-ventilated places under/near direct sunlight or heat source
