A close study of the situation reveals the fact that a major part of difficulties in the

Our Thread Rolling Machine cover threading diameter upto 12 mm(1/2 "). The standard design of the machine gives length upto 75 mm. (3") in special design it offers the posibility to extend this length. We develp our machines for high production with no loss of quality threads. Our Flat Die Thread Rolling Machines are suitable for all type of threads and screws including Self Tapping & Wood Screws with pointed ends. The machines are equipped with Die Pockets which accommodate all current die lenghts upto 180 mm (7").

According to different type of material it gives limit of production rates. But normally our Flat Die Thread Rolling Machines gives high rate of production.
