These are being regularly used by a number of bus body manufacturers in Central and South India.We are one of the most reputed suppliers for the organized sector who are in manufacturing line for light commercial vehicles. Even for one of the manufacturer, we are the only source for sections. We are proud to inform that we are manufacturing & supplying sections from chassis channel to body panels.

We are regularly manufacturing some sections like Triangular Creel, Open box and Open circular sections to be used in the ring frames of spinning machines. Our sections are manufactured from high quality materials.

Our Lipped Channel, Din Channel and `C” Profiles are very much popular in the dealers and actual users of MCBs. Our channels are also being widely used for the manufacture of Cubicles for electrical control and distribution.

For the manufacturer of more value added products we have started manufacture of components for heavy duty storage system which is capable of taking a maximum load up to 5000 kgs of material per shelf. The height of system can be up to 6 mtrs. This can be easily installed by anybody without the help of any technical person as it is totally boltless and modular. Components of light duty shelving system are also being developed to increase the range & contribution.

Our open box sections are being used for overhead conveyors. C & T Sections are being supplied for elevators. Welded Hollow T Sections is also being manufactured & supplied to all reputed elevator manufacturers.

In addition to above mentio`ned products we are manufacturing a wide range of angles and channels on specific requirement of our various customers for their various uses in different industries.

We are manufacturing `Z’ & `C’ Purlins for bigger industrial shades. These facilitate saving of steel up to 40% when compared with that of conventional ISMC and tubular purlines. We also manufacture special Welded Hollow Sections like Z,T & L for making Door/Window Frames as well as Panels.

We are also doing Job work for Metal Component. We have CNC Press Break ( Amada , Japan make model 80/300 tons). The Bending length upto 2505mm and stroke length 100mm.

We have anather CNC Turret Punching Press(Amada, Japan make, Model Pega 344 Queen)for doing metal sections components job work. This CNC has 44 with 2 auto index stations , capacity upto 30 tons , Size 1000mm x 1250mm with Max. Thickness of 6mm.
