To confirm to one hundred percent long-term protection, the state of art technology of seasoning and impregnation chemical treatment is adapted while treating the rubber wood in producing quality export packing boxes. At high pressure, vacuum chemical treatment, the anti termite chemical penetrates into all cells and deeply into the core of the wood which gives permanent protection from termites for several years.

The global trend required packing boxes made up of pine or sal as it will be free of terminated, insects and fungus.

In India, pine and sal not abundantly available and it is very expensive. The alternative is Rubber Wood, which is available in plenty and cheaper. The rubber wood has to be treated with certain procedural protection as it is vulnerable to termite attack.

The anti termite chemical treatment dipping or spraying gives temporary protection to the rubber wood boxes. The outer layer is chemical coated to withstand the protection for the couple of days.
