Incepted in the year 2003, Dhanna Automation has established itself as an eminent manufacturer, supplier and exporter of wide range of electrical control panels like power distribution panels, electrical distribution panels, electrical power distribution panels, automatic power distribution panels, power control panels, motor control panels, automatic power control panels, motor control centre panels, electrical power control panels, electrical power distribution panels, automatic power factor control panels, PLC based control panel, AC drive control panels, power factor correction capcitors, etc. Within short span of time, we have metamorphosed from a small unit to a large unit which has the annual turnover of 1.27 Crore.

In the year 2004-05 we made sales turn over of 17.36 lakhs out of which 4.97 lakhs was contributed by manufacturing activities rest was the job contracts with the companies like Tal Manufacturing Ltd, Whirlpool of India Ltd, Thermax Ltd. Gradually, we expanded our activities and also recruited own man power instead of relying on contractual man power. This enabled us to get our jobs completed at right time with the cost minimized as compared in the year 2004-05.

To showcase our products, we participate in almost all trade fairs in Mumbai and Pune and in the trade fairs our products have been appreciated for their quality and performance. We abide by the industrial policies and employees welfare policies and therefore have registered our employees under ESI and Provident Fund to ensure their security. In addition, we are also registered under central excise, which stands testimony to our ethical business policy.

We procure quality electrical and other components from reliable vendors. the raw material are checked at our in-house testing for their performance and safe usage. We use electrical switch gear, push buttons, indicating lamps, transformers, chokes, drives, PLC, switch, mode power supply (DC), electrical terminals, copper wires, copper cables, lugs and other components to manufacture quality control panels. Our wide range of electrical products comprises of PLC Based Control Panels, AC Drive Panels, DC Drive Panels, Automatic Power Factor Control Panels, Automatic Mains Failure Panels, Motor Control Centre Panels, Electrical Power Distribution Panels, LT Capacitors for Power Factor Correction and Fully Automatic Testing Systems for Industrial/ Home Appliances like Washing Machine, Refrigerator, AC, Pumps, Irons, Domestic Heaters and geezers.

• Mr. Atul Bhalerao is a management expert and has done masters in marketing management and diploma in business management. He has an experience of 18 years in the field of project coordination designing, manufacturing and commissioning of panels. He also has expertise in protection, monitoring and instrumentation of process control panels.

 

• Mr. Milind Ambike has experience in field of manufacturing and maintenance of various electrical, monitoring panels, boiler & PLC control panels. He guides our professionals in designing & commissioning of various control panels.

We have been designed, supplying all kinds of Automatic Test Systems for the appliances industries. These systems comprises of indurance/ Life testing, type testing, batch testing and line testing. We have successfully comishened allkinds of test systems at Whirlpool, Pune, Whirlpool, Faridabad, BPL, Hyderabad.
