Service Centre for repairing of diamonds and Jewellery: We have planned to open our service centers at the identified locations like London, Paris, Antwerp and Mumbai. The buyers will be able to get their Jewellery service by sending them to the respective service centers. Security system: As we deal with valuables, security is of prime importance. Therefore we have most hi-tech surveillance system with camera, computerized identity card for entry into factory & hi-tech doors for departmental entry.

Manufacturing unit: The layout of the manufacturing unit has been sourced by highly professional architects and the construction work has adhered to necessary technical parameters. Our 9-storey factory building is constructed in an area of 5000 sq.mts land and includes plant and machinery layout, centrally air conditioned offices, fully furnished training centre, R&D centre, Recreation facilities, Sanitation facilities, Parking, Security quarters, Electric room, Store room and other necessary facilities.

Plant and Machinery: We are adapting newer technologies to make an augmented position to compete and be abreast with the latest development in our industry. We have invested a considerable portion of money to procure fully automated and Semi-automatic computerized machineries like Laser machine, Sarin machine, Sawing machine, and Bruter Polishing machine. Such type of ultra-modern plant & machinery ensures that we do not lag behind the technology in any sense.

Training and educational sessions: We impart regular training and educational seminars & sessions for our task-force, clients & their staff members. Such sessions helps to recognize the different facets of production & quality features of the diamond. In past we have organized various learning sessions from visiting faculty from Indian Diamond Institute, Indian Jewellery Manufacturing Institute and various marketing gurus, who have discussed about the diamond retailing sector in India.

Also we have reserved financial resources of value 0.52 million for Human resources development.

Jewellery Design Studio: We have placed a Jewellery design studio to innovate and create designer Jewellery. We offer our studio services on the contract basis to our clients. We have procured design software and computerized technology to perform the same. We have recruit 12 designers who are trained from reputed institutes and have the necessary skill. Our organization has imparted huge finance for the development and innovation of new design concepts. Regular learning sessions are carried on to enhance the knowledge of designers and we also encourage them to participate in various trade shows and fairs. Recently, the fire necklace designed by our studio has been selected in JCK show.
