Our diverse range of products include Stainless Steels Welded Pipes, Stainless Steels Drawn Heat Exchanger Tubes, Drawn U Tubes, Decorative Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes, Heat Exchanger etc. To develop such an expansive range of products we use various raw materials like stainless steel, mild steel, coil steel and other allied products. In addition to this we specialize in metal processing technology and are engaged in manufacturing of welded cold drawn and welded stainless steel pipes and tubes to meet the growing demand for varying industry applications. To carry out the production work efficiently and effortlessly, we have a well developed complex that is equipped with modern technology machinery to manufacture pipes, tubes and other allied products. Production process
- Formation of welded mother tubes / pipes on custom designed sophisticated tube mills .
- Shaping and slitting of stainless steel strips to precise widths and tubular shape.
- Its welding by Tungsten - inert Gas (TIG) welding.
- Continuous bead hammering / surface grinding is performed to smooth out weld bead and achieve perfect bore.
- The tube is cut to desired length employing a flying cut off machine on the tube mill line.
- Depending on the final tube sizes and specifications, the tubes are then subjected to series of operations namely pickling, coating, drawing, solution annealing in a continuous & temperature controlled furnace.
- Final picking and passivisation before thorough inspection and dispatch.

Our Welding Process:
- Welding done by completely automated process whereby the edges the strips are heated and fused together under protective atmosphere of argon through a norv consumable electrode without the addition of any filler.
- Welding is continuously monitored by precision electronic devices to ensure perfect arc stability and direction in a magnetic field.

Our Storage Capacity
We at Dheeraj Industries, work in a very
methodological manner. With our efficiently organized systems we are
able to store bulk quantities of our finished products in our
warehouse. To ensure that the stored products are kept in a congenial
atmosphere, we take measures to keep it moisture free. This helps in
preventing the products from rusting and corrosion. Further, we have
segregated the products based on their types into different sections.
Such measures facilitate in easily identifying the type of products.

Packaging
Our company also gives importance to packing of the products. All our products are packed and labelled based on their type. These are then packed into wooden pellets or boxes. We also ensure that they are suitably packed to prevent rusting or corroding during the transit period.
