• About Ordering:

Our Minimum order value for the first time is is US$500, subsequent repeat orders do not have this minimum limitation. Our clients place orders through, fax or emails.

We accept payment by SWIFT transfer, or by cheques, however shipments are made only upon clearance of the cheques to our account.

• About Delivery:

Our lead time for effecting a shipment from the date of order confirmation is three weeks. All our shipments are Door-to-door. Please ensure that you include your address as well as a phone number and an e-mail address if you have one so that we can contact you if we have any queries. Please we normally estimate a total lead time including shipping of 28 days, unless the delivery items are not in stock, or the shipment is not delayed due to governmental reasons.
