Vertical Hydraulic Honing Machine
We provide Vertical Hydraulic Honing Machine (with servo expansion for connecting rod) under the model number of D-HONER DHV – 150. The machine is used to hone heavier components such as hydraulic valves, crank cases, hydraulic / pneumatic cylinders, compressor cylinders, diesel engine connecting rods, liners and many others. It is hydraulically operated and is fully automated. This honing machine is offered in the diameter range of 10mm to 300mm and in the length range of 150mm to 1000mm.

Horizontal Hydraulic Honing Machines
We provide high performance horizontal hydraulic honing machine under the model name of D-HONER – DHH. The machine has the capability of honing heavier components including hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder and longer pipes on batch on the basis of mass production. It is available in diameter range of 50mm to 800mm and length range of 150mm – 8000mm. Hydraulically operated, all the functions of the machine are fully automatic.

Centerless Superfinishing Machine
The machine is available with us in model D-HONER - DHTF and is used to super finish various cylindrical components on mass basis. Various components that can be superfine are gudgeon pins, rollers, shock absorbers, needles, rods and many others. We offer the machine in three models which cover a range of 1.5mm to 80mm diameter components.

Valve Body Lapping Machine
Offered under the model number D-HONER – DHL, our valve body lapping machine is capable of providing major technological breakthroughs in the operation of valve lapping of internal combustion engines. The machine is offered in various types which include D-HONER DHL-1, D-HONER DHL-2, 4 & 6 Valve Lapping Machines. Salient features:
- Simultaneously Lapping of 4 or 6 valves at a time at optimum lapping speed
- Production rates as high as 5 to 6 times

Some construction attributes:
- Specially designed heavy-duty compact Geared Motor, with ample Capacity and output speed that is optimal for all valve lapping operations.
- Spindles are robustly designed and mode of toughened alloy steel, precision round and supported in heavy-duty roller bearings. It has an adjustable center distance by turning knob and sliding spindle block.
- A pneumatically operated vacuum cup that dives the valve and pneumatic cylinder giving directly of up & down in process of lapping.
- Pneumatic pressure regulator gives adjustable load. Each valve requires machines with fixed centre distance spindles can also be supplied.
- Four models are available viz: AUTOLAP-1, Two spindle AUTOLAP-2, Four spindle AUTOLAP-4, Six spindle AUTOLAP-6.
As per client’s specific demands, we offer some extra options with the machines such as:

Superfinishing Machine
Our SUPERFINISHING MACHINE (LATHE MOUNTED) is offered under the model D-HONER DS-60. It is pneumatically operated and the super finishing unit is mounted on the tool post of any lathe. The machine can superfinish rotating components with oscillating movements of the superfinishing stone. It is most useful in improving the surface finish up to 0.02 Mu Ra on various products such as Shafts, Hard Chrome-Copper Plated/Aluminum rolls, Piston rolls, spindles, Gear shaft Needles and many others. Various diameters & lengths can be superfinished with these machine.
