Universal Jack: Available in galvanize or black finish, it is manufactured from both roll threaded pipes and high quality solid steel rods with deep square threads.
Adjustable Base Jacks: Made from roll threaded pipes or solid base with deep thread with a 150mm x 150mm base plate welded at the bottom, it is available with light & heavy duty jack nuts.
Drop Head: It is a most important part of shuttering and is made with an extra-strong steel wedge.

Cuplock System

We at Dhruva System, manufacture high-quality cuplock system assembled with high strength grade verticals and horizontals tubes by drop forging. We also offer its various components like :Bottom Cup, Top Cup and Ledger Ends which are available in various sizes like: 3.0 m, 2.5 m, 2.0 m, 1.8 m, 1.5 m, 1.3 m, 1.2 m & 1.0 m. Our cuplock system has hot dipped galvanized surface and are used for all forms of access and support structures in the building and construction industries.

Floor Formwork

Featured with hot galvanized and PVC coating, we offer steel forms works and slab shuttering for floor or slabs using angles & M. S. sheets. Featured with long life durability, they are manufactured under strict quality control and also have open sectional steel of various specifications and dimensions. They are also used as the floor of high buildings and are easy to handle. They also prevent any grout loss and results in good finishes.

Steel Couplers

Justifying our name as a leading manufacturer of optimum quality engineered products, we also offer world-class steel coupler. It is mostly used to connect lines of hydraulic or pneumatic systems without any fluid loss. Available in various dimensions our designed couplers can be categorized as:

Fixed/Right Angle Coupler (Drop Forged) – It is a one piece forged coupler applicable for connecting two scaffold tubes at right angles to each other. Rigid and rugged in nature it give maximum safety in load bearing applications and is available in galvanized or paint finish.
Swivel Couplers (Drop Forged) – It is used for connecting two scaffold tubes at any angle to each other. Designed for maximum safety, it is available in galvanized or paint finish and is also used for cross braces connection of scaffold tubes.
Fixed/Right Angle Coupler (Pressed Sheet Metal) – It is a sheet metal pressed coupler used to connect scaffold tubes at right angle to each other. Designed to withstand distortion as well as slipping, it combine pressed components, EN-8 eye bolts and rivets for maximum strength.
Swivel Couplers (Pressed Sheet Metal) – It is used for connecting two scaffold tubes at any angle to each other. Available in galvanized or paint finish, it is mainly used for ledger bracing.

H-Frame Scaffolding

We offer a wide range of fully galvanized H-frame scaffolding fabricated in-house by our specialist manufacturing team. It is ideal as scaffolding for wall-plastering and support staging for centering of height slabs. It consists of welded frame of 40 NB Verticals and Horizontals of 40/32 NB pipe and is connected by cross bracing of Angle or Tube. Available in 2000, 1500, 1250, 1000 mm heights and 1800, 1250, 900 mm width. It provide an ideal solution to mounting a sign on a footpath, or in other areas of restricted space.

Adjustable Scaffolding Accessories

At Dhruva Scaffoldings we offer adjustable props, adjustable spans and wing nuts. Props are manufactured from top quality steel tubes. Head & foot plates are welded to the inner(40NB) & outer (50NB)having matching holes to increase the maximum heights . Lockpins are attached to increase the required heights. Adjustable spans being compact device offers varying combinations of span sizes.

We also offer premium quality wing nuts. These wing nuts are typical component of Tie-bar system and are suitable for both timber and steel from work. Available in our different designs with and without flange, with one or two wings, our wing nut category can be classified as:

Jack Nut - It is malleable casted nut and is available in two types i.e light & heavy duty. It is also available as required galvanized or non galvanized finish.
Prop Nut - It is also malleable casted nut and is available in two types light & heavy duty. It is also available with MS handle threaded & non threaded and all kind of finish like black, galvanized or painted.

Scaffolding On Hire

We provide scaffolding materials on rental basis to civil construction companies and glass fixing works, etc as per the requirements. With our wide setup for manufacturing as well as rental stock, we deliver any of the scaffolding materials in minimum time. We can also manufacture scaffolding items as per clients specific designs for customized use. Available in various finishes like painted, galvanized, etc scaffolding items can also be supplied in any specific coatings required by customers.
