The suspended travelling welder is ideal for large jobs. Since the seaming head travels automatically it is best suited for jobs having straight line welds. The table is modular in construction with one section having a width of 1 m.
With a throat depth of 450 mm, the standard throat welder is ideal for fabrication of small and medium sized structures such as car parks, party tents, marquees, awnings, canopies, etc.
The hot/cold bar welders are used to weld PTFE/Silicone coated fabrics. The welders are also available without cooling bars useful for welding Silicone coated fabrics that do not require cooling cycle.
The stationary welder (deep throat welder) with a throat depth of 1.2 m. is ideal for the manufacture of large structures such as domes, tensile roofs, roofs of stadia, etc.
The suspended welder, having no throat at all, is ideal for very large jobs. Due the absence of any obstruction fabric movement during welding prevents minimum damage to the fabric. The welder consists of the generator and press mounted on the ceiling. The work table is positioned on the floor under the welding head. An additional feature in the suspended welders is the possibility to rate the head through 120 degrees thus obviating the need to move the fabric much in certain applications.
The travelling welder consists of a seaming head moving on tracks on a table. This welder is ideal for long straight line welding applications. The fabric can be aligned and placed on the table. The welding can be started in automatic mode from one end from where the seaming head moves across as it accomplishes the welding of the fabric. Even for welding jobs having curves, generally these curves can be approximated to near straight lines over distances of 2 - 3 m. The movement and alignment of the fabric thus gets limited, hence improving on efficiency.
The table is modular in construction with one section of width 1 m. These individual sections can be joined to make tables of required length. The tables are available with three kinds of troughs, namely small, medium and large.
LASER alignment devices are available as an optional accessory to assist the operator in aligning the fabric before welding.
