The short message system(SMS) of a standard mobile phone can be used for remote site monitoring and controlling various equipments. The SMS service provided by the service providers is comparatively very low cost. The Short Message Service allows text messages to be sent and received to and from mobile telephones. This feature of a standard mobile phone can be implemented for a variety of industrial applications. The main attractive feature of this system is that the user can monitor and control his desired equipments from any part of the world. It works on the basis of Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM). The user may get the status of a remote device like pressure, temperature, voltage, current, On/Off condition, weight etc by sending respective SMS to the remote device. The remote device also automatically sends a SMS to the user if any error/alarm occurs during its operation, which is previously defined by the user. The user then may take the necessary action depending on the type of alarm through respective SMS or by any other way.

Offerign A/C Controller:

This product is designed to control two Air Conditioners(A/C) simultaneously. The industry standard AVR Micro-Controller is the heart of this system. Control over the A/Cs are performed according to some parameters like temperature, phase voltage, phase current, swapping time etc. User can set or view various parameters like current temperature, phase current, phase voltage, temperature set-point, high room temperature, swapping time, A/C trip current, A/C last trip reason etc. through a 16 x 2 character LCD panel and a status indication panel will help user quickly monitor the status of the A/Cs. An alarm system generates respective alarm for FMC if any error occurs in the operation. This system keeps the information of last A/C trip reason and the overload current at which the A/C was last tripped in a nonvolatile memory for up to 100 years or the next trip occurs.

In many industries, level measurement sensors fall into two main types.

Point level measurement sensors are used to mark a single discrete liquid height-a preset level condition. Generally, this type of sensor functions as a high alarm, signaling an overfill condition, or as a marker for a low alarm condition.

Continuous level sensors are more sophisticated and can provide level monitoring of an entire system. They measure fluid level within a range, rather than at a one point, producing an output that directly correlates to the level in the vessel. To create a level management system, the output signal is linked to a process control loop and to a visual indicator.

There are many ways to measure continuous level of liquid. But most of them are very expensive. We have developed a very low cost high accuracy capacitive sensor which produces a output signal, that is directly proportional to the height of the liquid. You may get the volume of the liquid directly if the tank is calibrated. The calibration process may be done by connecting the device with a Computer/Laptop through serial port(RS232). This device can periodically store data(Liquid level/Volume, Temperature) up to one month and can be downloaded through the software provided with it.
