The maximum parts and accessories like, three cylinder, cylinder head, Inlet and Exhaust manifolds, Common rail, CMP sensor, throttle body, ECU, self-starter, Alternator, Water pump, Radiator,Clutch, gear box etc., are sectioned to show the internal constructional details. This model is mounted on a sturdy iron frame. The model is coupled to a 1/4 H.P. Single phase, 220/230V AC motor, through a reduction drive unit, to get the slow speed rotation of the flywheel and the engine. (around 15 to 20 rpm). The operation of gearbox assembly and clutch assembly can be demonstrated using the levers provided.
