PPR Pipes & Fittings It is a replacement of GI Pipes
The raw material of DIPLAST pipes and fittings is Polypropylene Random Co polymer (PP-R). Due to inherent properties of the material PPR Pipes are most suitable in plumbing and water supply systems. Physio chemical features of PPR and the fusion welding at joints ensures perfect seal even under the hardest conditions of use. The complete range of products has been further improved with DIPLAST fittings which have been designed to meet all possible needs. These pipes are resistance to high temperature(95 degree celsius) and have a service life of 50 years.
PP-R products being physically superior, hygienically safe and non-carcinogenic , have been approved by the health institutes, CBRI-Roorkee (India) and many other recognized international institutes for its superior product qualities.

DIPLAST PVC pressure pipes are being used in buildings as an alternative to conventionally used pipes. The pipes are also being extensively used in areas like agriculture, chemical industry, etc.. These pipes are ISI marked as per IS - 4985 and have a life expectancy of over 50 years.

PVC Electrical Conduit Pipes & Fittings
DIPLAST PVC Conduits are available in different sizes with different thickness. PVC pipe is as per IS – 9537 and fittings matching to pipe sizes. Long bands, short bands, reducer coupler, junction boxes and deep junction boxes are also being manufactured.

DIPLAST SWR Pipes with rubber gasket joints are approved by the Civil Engineering Division Council and are manufactured as per IS – 13592 – 1992. These are used in ventilation and in soil waste discharge systems. These pipes are supplied in standard length of 2 – 3 meters.

DIPLAST SARAL TOILETS
Moulded in one pc. Tough plastic material. DIPLAST field toilet is a first of its kind launched in India. Manufactured from high quality virgin polyethylene, it is corrosion resistance and easy on maintenance. It is designed in octagonal shape with a bottom size of 3.5 by 3.5 feet and a height of 6.2 feet. Custom made fittings can be installed. It comes in various attractive colours.

The use of P .V .C. Pipes for water supply in India started in 1962 with imported Pipe at the village of Chattarpur in the Union Territory of Delhi. The Ministry of Health approved this use of P. V.C. Pipes in 1967 for water supply projects. Since this date P.V.C. Pipe has been widely used in various water supply projects. A number of P. V.C. Pipe manufacturing units have come up. To provide guidance on quality of the pipe and installation procedures Bureau of Indian standards has enacted a number of standards.
