Degi Mirch (Kashmiri Mirch)
Mostly this product is found in the Indian State of Kashmir . When it is dried up in the sun and reduced to fine powder, it gives natural red colour to the curries. It is a mild variety of the Chillies and not so hot as the normal Red Chillies. Also, this product is found in the State of Bihar . Of course the quality and taste is slightly different.
It is sourced from Kota city in the State of Rajasthan where best quality dhania (Coriander) is available. Before it is turned into powder, it is picked manually to ensure that no dust and other impurities are allowed. The grinding is done under Low Heat Grinding Technology mill which ensures retention of the natural flavour, aroma, and taste of the final product.
We source best quality whole Haldi (Turmeric) from Irode in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh . After it is sundried, it is ground into powder under Low Heat Grinding Technology mill. The final product retains its natural fragrance, taste and quality. A good quality Haldi has some known medicinal value for ensuring good health.
Lal Mirch (Red Chillies)
Though Red Chillies are grown in several States of India, the best quality are from the States of Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan. We source Red Chillies (Whole) from Guntur in the State of Andhra Pradesh . These are sundried before grinding under Low Heat Grinding Technology mill. This process ensures retention of natural colour, taste and flavour of the final product.
