CPC/ SCPC/ E2000/LC connectors

We recommend three Grounding Kits per feeder run. One kit is required at the top, one at the bottom of the run, (plus one at 50 meters interval wherever applicable) and one at entrance to the equipment shelter.

Grounding kits that have been specially tailored to each cable size can be installed very easily and rapidly; once the jacket is stripped at the required dimension, one kit can be installed in less than three minutes. Kits are provided all hardware necessary to connect the ground wire to the tower ground bar.

A well designed system uses grounding kits to provide a bond between the cable and the tower/ earth ground system. One grounding kit is recommended at tower top, tower bottom, at 200 ft (60 m) intervals (where applicable), and at the entrance to the equipment shelter. The non-braided solid copper construction of all grounding kits eliminates corrosion caused by moisture retention and "wicking". A heat shrink tube protects the cable terminal connection.

After preparation of the cable, the Cable Outer Conductor/ Jointing Sleeve is tighten and blocked on 360º between the cone of the connector body and the flexible rear clamp, resulting in high grade mechanical retention and a perfect electrical continuity and complete shielding. All inner contacts are captivated, thus avoiding any risk of damage during coupling of male to female connectors.

Insulating Cover as shown on the left is used for covering the Copper C Lug/ Jointing Sleeve for safety.

KRONE METAL BOX (100 Pair) - This is a 10 Way KRONE Box for 100 Pair KRONE disconnection modules. This is available in Plastic as well as MS Sheet and has a lock & key system.

KRONNECTION BOX, II (50 Pair) - Shown on the left is a 5 Way KRONE Box of up to 50 Pair KRONE disconnection modules. This is made of plastic and has a lock & key system.

These come in Wall Mounting and horizontal base mounting types duly fitted with Switch Fuse Unit and Changeover Switch.

These are also supplied either as boxes or completely assembled.
