he has done his bachelors in commerce and after completing his ca in 1998, he joined as a partner in m/s ahuja shahdadpuri & co a renowned firm of kanpur but after few years he thought of running on his own and got himself registered in the name of m/s d k ahuja & company. He is an expert in direct & indirect taxes apart from advising clients on various issues under the income-tax act, wealth tax act , he has a vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the income-tax act. He also handles appellate matters before the commissioner of income tax appeals and the income-tax appellate tribunal itat. He is having a decade over experience in auditing various sizeable psus and private companies at various platforms. A very established name in this section.
