To get good quality injection moulded product,we have to start with Perfect mould design and perfect planing of process. Complete layout of mould manufacturing and product development process is planned by our Engg.department personel.It is then followed by giving work instruction to our tool fitters taking care and considering each and every small aspect of moulding process.

Detailed instructions and indications are given to the workers .They maintain the quality process by filling daily process sheet , providing history of each and every process done on the mould.Maintaining quality and process perfection is further looked after by supervisiors and engg department people .

At every step, every procedure instructions are given to the workers, which is most important, what is first and what should be on records and reported. We believe in providing the best quality and service on the first and every project to our customers.

Our infrastructure includes all the necessary machine tools,devices and instruments which are required for a perfect plastic service provider and your partner should have .Moreover the setup includes every smallest to the biggest machines and tools for designing plastic product,designing moulds,developing and manfacturing moulds,sampling facilities for moulds.and even providing bulk productions of plastic injection moulded products.
