| Quick Release Couplings Our company offer precision engineered quick release couplings which are sourced from the reliable manufacturer. Quick release couplings are devices permitting easy, immediate connections and separation of fluid and pneumatic lines. Three types of quick release coupling comprise of: One way check valve coupling: One way check valve coupling is used originally to connect portable air tools and equipments to compressed air lines. Used in various other applications, the unique featured couplings can withstand operating pressure upto 300 PSI. The pressure may be exceeded safely in case non compressible fluids such as water, grease and oil are used. When coupling is disconnected, the coupler body should be installed on the upstream (supply) end of the line to shut off the fluid supply. One way check valve coupling is available in size ¼” to 3” The adaptor has no valving and hence on disconnecting exhaust upon downstream media. Two way check valve coupling Available in size ¼” to 2”, two way check valve coupling is widely used for connecting hydraulic lines where a variety of fluids are involved. Depending upon size and material, the range can withstand pressure from 800 to 10000 PSI. Valves are the important component of both the coupler and adaptor for preventing loss of fluid when the parts are disconnected. Straight through couplings Straight through couplings are available without valves for providing the least resistance to fluid flow. Hence, to prevent fluid loss when the couplings are disconnected, it requires manual check valves in both lines. The unique featured range provides fast simple connection to any type of system. Brass, steel and stainless steel are used in fabricating coupler bodies of this design. Available in varied sizes varying from 1/8" to 3", it finds application in varied fields ranging from instrumentation to steel mills. It is also available in size ¼” to 3”. Tube Couplings Tube couplings are used efficiently for connecting pressure or vacuum lines to plain tubes & pipes. The coupling is outfitted with the tube by simply pushing it over the end of the tube & pressing firmly to the stop position. This feature provides an effective leak-proof sealing. Disconnection of the tube can be done by simply press down the lever and pull off the coupling. Under this design, no welding, threading or flaring of tubes is required.
