Pipe Clamps

The standard range of heavy series pipe - tube clamps are normally used for support piping system in general applications. W.P. range of pipe - tube clamps with more then 1500 PSI ( 100 BAR) and up to 8000 psi (600 BAR) find application in Steel / stainless steel Piping System.

These pipe clamps are supplied as:

• Individual Pipe Clamp with welding plate,
• Individual Pipe Clamp without welding plates
• Multilayer construction
• Rail nuts construction

Twin Series Pipe - Tube clamps - DIN 3015 Part 3 are designed to clamp two identical Pipe - tube to the Piping Systems. These pipe - tube clamps feature thick plates & heavy bolts to resist High Pressure Piping Application.

• Sizes ranging from 6 MM od up to 50.8 MM OD.
• Capable of resisting W.P. up to 3500 psi ( 300 Bar)

Aluminum series pipe -tube clamps are normally used for high temperature applications (more than 260 degree Celsius) & the W.P. range more then 1500 PSI (100 BAR) and up to 8000 psi (600 BAR) in the Steel / stainless steel Piping System.

Multilayer Pipe clamps - DIN 3015 Part 1, 2 and 3 - Tube clamps are used for securing a tool to a multi-piece panel assembly. They can clamp vertically in 2 layers / 3 layers up to any numbers of layers but recommended up to 3 layers.

Rail mounted clamp us also used where different OD types of clamp is to be given in one line.
