Dnr Transfluid is a high quality, general-purpose metalworking fluid for easy to
Medium & high duty applications on ferrous metals.
The semi synthetic cutting oil is chlorine free, low mineral oil, water miscible cutting fluid containing selected chlorine-free EP additives.
Applications
It is recommended for use in
easy to medium duty operations on cast iron and
(low to medium alloyed) ferrous metals. It is
designed to be used on CNC machine tools, due to
his excellent detergency and high wetting
properties. It is suitable for all
removal and grinding operations.
It is employable over a broad
water hardness range.

Recommended Concentrations
The concentration varies depending on the type of
machining operation, the water hardness. The
recommended concentration for use in medium
water hardness is:
General machining : 4 – 7 %
Severe cutting operations : 5 – 10 %
Grinding : 3 – 6 %
Storage
The product should be stored inside (5-38°C) for no
more than 1 1/2 year and be protected from freezing.
Health & Safety
Please note that mixed coolants work over long
periods of time, therefore chemical contamination
(hydraulic oils, greases, metal solutions, paints, rust
inhibitors, etc.) or bacterial contamination (from
dirty hands, work pieces, industrial grade water,
sundry waste, etc.) can often occur. Contamination
with the above materials should be minimised or
ideally eliminated. Regular monitoring of the in-use
product is recommended to maintain optimum
product condition and determine the end of its
useful working life.
