We are offering synthetic hydraulic oil HVI 32/ 46/ 68/ 100/ 150 : - Hydim synthetic hydraulic HVI(High viscosity index hydraulic oil) - Benefits of high viscosity index :- No viscosity loss Excellent resistance to hydrolysis(Water) Excellent resistance to oxidation(Carbon) Very very low consumption Excellent extended life of oil Superior demulsification ability for quick water/oil separation Superior filtration ability in the presence of water. - For pressure die casting machines where leakages & wastes are not there consumption of dnr hvi 32/ 46/ 68 can be drastically reduced to half. - For injection & blow moulding machines where leakages & wastes are not there consumption/ filtration can be drastically reduced to one third(1/3) i.e., if normal oil filtration is required in 2 yrs compared to our dnr hvi 32/ 46/ 68 filtration could be required in minimum 3 yrs.

With the aid of our modern manufacturing facilities, we formulate quality DNR Hydim HLP Series hydraulic oil. This power press machine oil is manufactured using solvent refined and highly viscous mineral oils. These mineral oils are fortified with anticorrosion, antioxidant and antifoam additive. Our specially formulated DNR Hydim HLP Series hydraulic oil is recommended for circulation and other enclosed system like bearing and gears of general machinery. Apart from this, the oil is used for purposes such as molding, injection molding, pressure die casting.

RHS AW SERIES Hydraulic Oils

DESCRIPTION
AW Series Hydraulic Oils are high quality  hydraulic oils formulated from premium quality, low evaporation base oils and fortified with antiwear, anti-rust and oxidation inhibiting additives for superior performance. These oils are designed for hydraulic systems with high pressure and thermal loading and subject to corrosive conditions due to presence of water. Based on highly refined, ageing resistant oils, RHS AW hydraulic oils under proper maintenance, retain high levels of cleanliness. These oils have good compatibility with elastomers and exhibit minimal changes in viscosity under higher operating temperatures.
