The Hydraulic Scissor Lift Tables we offer are able to perform after mounted in a pit or a concrete pad. The hydraulic lift tables operate with the help of power unit and push button control station. The power unit has of 2-5 HP power pack 3/8” hydraulic hose of length up to 5 meter. It contains all the major components like motor, high-pressure gear pump, oil filters (located in the manifold) and oil reservoir. Apart from this the power unit also includes pressure relief valve.

Hydraulic Scissor Lift Tables are made of platform, hinged bridge, removable handrails, cylinders and bearings. The platform is built with heavy no-skid high tensile checker plate followed by reinforcing with steel beams to offer it strength and rigidity. The length of hinged bridged is 300mm and is fabricated on non-skid high tensile steel checker plate. It comes with plated lifting chain and the lip edge in it is chamfered. Bearings at pivotal are permanently lubricated with Teflon impregnated bushings. The rods of two piston type hydraulic cylinders are made of hard-chrome steel. It contains self adjusting polyurethane seals, positive internal stops and fitted with vent lines.

Safety devices in the lift tables are the velocity fuses on each cylinder, warning labels and handrails & the safety chain. The capacity range of the units varies from 1000kg to 8000kg. The units come in yellow color, toe guards in yellow/black where as the handrails painted with black. The standard model size for lift tables is in between 1800 mm X 2500mm and 2100mm X 2500mm.

High reach scissors lift tables’ functions for loading and unloading operations from ground floor to higher floors by mounting in a pit or in a concrete pad. The standard of such tables are available up to 6000 mm.
The operation is controlled by the power unit and the push-button control station. The power unit contains several major components such as motor, high-pressure gear pump, oil filters, oil reservoir, pressure relieve valve, load holding check valve and lowering solenoid valve. All the terminals are given power connections. The installed controller components are pre-wired and dielectric tested.

For safety purpose there are velocity fuses on each cylinder, warning labels, handrails and safety chain. The standard capacity High reach scissors lift table comes in the range of 250 kg to 1500 kg. Yellow and black color is applied to safety components such as on the unit, toe guards & handrails for easy application.

The PT-25 model requires 10 full strokes in order to reach its maximum elevated height of 200mm. This model contains tapered forks and entry &exit rollers for smooth pallet handling.
