We offer these from 3” to 12” in 6/7/8 mm thickness and make them from 1260/2 or 1680/2 denier nylon cord having a breaking strength of 17 kgs.

Our range of textile cloth fabrics are extensively used in air slides, aeration pads, fluxo channels fluid or arms for pneumatic conveying of dry products like cement and other raw materials. The excellent weave structure of filter media assists it to regulate the air flow and permits only a specific volume of air to permeate at a desired water gauge pressure.

Further a loose medium or dense weave structure used in the air slides result in controlling air flow to low, medium or high as desired by our clients.

The selection of quality yarns also play a vital part in the accurate uniform air permeability. For ensuring this, our filter fabrics are woven out of 100% natural cotton or 100% synthetic materials like polyamide, polyester etc as needed and required for the specific air slides.
