Inductive Proximity Switch

Inductive Proximity Switches are used for non contact detection of ferrous (metallic) objects which find wide application in industrial process control. They are the preferred choice for the majority of applications requiring accurate, non contact detection of metallic object in machinery / automatic equipment. They work on electro magnetic principle and are resistant to atmospheric conditions like humidity, dust, oil, paint, etc. Low power consumption, availabillity in wide range of packages and low price has mad them very populer in industry.

It is of 2 types.

• Standard Cylindrical Type
• Inductive Sensors are available from M-6.5 to M-80 Diameters.
