Boiler Tube Expanders We provide following series of boiler tube expanders:
- DA Series (Parallel Expander):
This series of product has 3 plain rolls and provides tube size expansion of 7/8" OD to 4.1/2" OD and in tube sheet/drum ½"Thk to 2.5/8"Thk.
- D141 Series (Bell Mouth):
This series has 4 plain rolls and 2 flair rolls. For tube, it provides expansion of 2" OD to 4.1/2" OD and for tube sheet/ drum ½"Thk to 2.5/8"Thk.
- DAF1 Series (Bell Mouth):
It has 3 plain rolls and 1 flair roll. For tube, it provides expansion of size 7/8" OD to 4.1/2" OD and for tube sheet/ drum ½"Thk to 2.5/8"Thk.
- DSB Series:
This series of boiler tube expander is used for juice heater, evaporator and pan. It provides expansion for tube size 1.1/2" OD to 4.1/2" OD.
- DAF3 Series (Bell Mouth):
It consists of 3 plain rolls and 3 flair rolls. It provides for tube size of 7/8" OD to 4.1/2" OD and for tube sheet/ drum ½"Thk to 2.5/8"Thk.
- DCSB Series:
It is used for juice heater, evaporator and pan to expand tubes at bottom plate from top side. It provides expansion for Tube Sheet 1.1/2" OD to 4.1/2" OD.

Condenser Tube Expanders We provide following series of condenser tube expanders:
- D8012 Series:
It is used for tube size1.3/4" to 3" O.D. and roll length 2.1/4". It is used for tube sheet ½" To 4".
- D 800 Series:
This series is used for tube size ½" to 1.1/2" O.D. roll length 1.1/2" and 2.1/4" and for tube sheet ½" To 2.1/4".
- D 800-5 Series (Five Rollers):
It is used for thin tubes of size ½" to 1.1/2" O.D. Roll Length 1.1/2" and 2.1/4" and for tube sheet ½" To 2.1/4".
- D 1200 Series:
It is used for thicker tubes of size ½ To 1.1/2" O.D., roll length 1.1/2" and 2.1/4" and for tube sheet1.½" to 12.3/4".
- D 1200-5 Series (Five Rollers):
It is used for thicker tubes of size ½" To 1.1/2" O.D. and roll length 1.1/2" And 2.1/4" and tube sheet1. ½" To 12.3/4" .
- D AL Series:
It is used for condenser tubes of with flairing mouth of ‘U’ bends. It is used for tube sizes 5/16" To 1.5/8" O.D., roll length 5/8" ¾" and 1" and for depth 5/8" ¾" and 1".
- D AN Series:
It is used for tube size 1/4" to 3/8" O.D., roll length ¾" And 1.1/4" and for tube sheet1.1/4" To 1".

Digital Torque Controller Our product tube rolling controller
is used for uniform tube expansion on constant set torque in heat
exchangers, condensers, coolers and boilers. We offer our model TRC
23010 which has rolling motors RM-2N and RM-3N. Control Panel:
Control Panel will be common for all drives range from ¼” OD
