Donear's penchant for being techno savvy and quality conscious, culminated in a state-of-the-art technologically advanced factory situated at Silvassa - a serene land comprising of 70 villages sandwiched between the states of Gujarat and Maharashtra, is about 180 km from the commercial capital of India, Mumbai.
The factory's strategic location derives logistical advantage in terms of better connectivity and quicker accessibility via rail and road links. The roads are well developed and aid in better commuting, including timely delivery to Donear's patrons.
Spread over an expanse of 3.6 Hectares (9 Acres), the Silvasa plant has the most modern machinery that produces 11 million metres of fabric annually.
Complying with stringent quality tests at all levels; be it testing of raw materials to the finished products, is done cautiously at an in-house Quality Control Laboratory.
