It's Operating Principle:

The output voltage of our stabilizers are monitored and sensed continuously by a control circuitry (7) which also controls the movement of a low speed high torque bi-directional stepper-synchronous motor.

Special Tests: We have in house heat run test facility and oil test facilities like tan delta, Resistivity, Acidity, PPM and suspended particles.

Design: We use core material with low specific losses & proper selection of conductor dimensions to meet the low losses goals.

Processing: HV and LV Windings are dried by heating and pressed by hydraulic jacks to predetermined short circuit forces.

Drying: We have Vacuum-drying oven controlled by PLC circuit.

Oil Processing: The oil is filtered through ultra high Vacuum Filter Machine for limiting the moisture content to less than 5PPM.

Fabrication: We also have fabrication facilities where the tank, cable boxes and core clamps are manufactured from weldable quality steel confirming to Indian standards.
