Products
Products are developed using modern techniques and production process. We
engage in constant research to offer innovative and better products.
Manufactures all kinds of casein such as edible acid casein, technical acid
casein. Casein is the main protein found in milk and contains 21 amino
acids. Acid casein is produced by controlled acid precipitation from skim
milk. It is insoluble in water, completely soluble in alkali and heat
stable. There are two varieties of casein such as edible acid casein,
technical acid casein and other products:-

Our factory is situated at Subhash Road, Anand-388 001. [Gujarat]. Rated
capacity is 600 tpa. and currently operating at 350-400 tpa. Doshi and Sons
is managed by hard core family members who are qualified as Cost Accounant,
BBA, B. Tech, M.B.A.
