Hot Air Generator

Double Ace make three pass indirect fired Hot Air Generators are manufactured out of high heat resistant tested plates and tubes. Three distinct passes on smoke side and multi passes on air side results in higher efficiency.

Double Ace make Hot Air Generator produces hot air instantly at required temp.  It eliminates requirement of two stage heat transfer as in case of hot air generated by using either steam boiler or thermic fluid heater, where firstly steam is generated and then with the help of radiators hot air is generated.

Double Ace make Hot Air Generators can be fired with solid fuels like coal, wood, briquettes, agro waste, liquid fuels like F.O., L.D.O., H.S.D., gaseous fuels like LPG / Natural Gas etc.

Double Ace make Hot Air Generators are widely used in wood seasoning plants, lamination industry, bopp tape manufacturing units, spray drying plants, chemical and pharmaceuticals industry and any industry having dedicated drying load.

Double Ace make Hot Air Generators are manufactured in wide range of capacities and outlet temp. The standard range covers 50,000 to 10,00,000 kcal/hr and outlet temp. upto 300 degree cent.

We ensure that the generators are fabricated using premium grade raw material such as plates and tubes. We use welding rectifier and optimum quality welding rods for welding which is done by IBR approved welders. To make the external body heat insulated it is covered with aluminum / G.I. cladding. To ensure maximum heat utilization the fire bars are placed inside the furnace. The Ni and Cr maximize the metallurgical properties of the bars that make it durable.
