Hot Water Generators

The hot water generators that we offer are available in three pass wet pack, smoke tube type fusion welded. These precision engineered hot water generators are quality proven as per various standards such as IBR / DIN / BS / ASME code. These hot water generators have gained tremendous accolades for their safety measures, efficiency, dependability and noiseless operation. The wet back models eliminate rear end refractory along with its maintenance cost. Further, it also reduces its stress of rear tube sheet & ligament cracking, eliminated radiant heat, lengthening tube life and reducing heat loss from rear turn.

We offer oil fired hot water generators with oil day tank and calorifier that are available in smoke tube design. These generators has three passes on smoke side and multi passes on water side that makes sure more heat transfer and less stack losses.

We ensure that the generators are fabricated using premium grade raw material such as plates and tubes. We use welding rectifier and good quality welding rods. IBR Certified welders are employed. To prevent the heat losses the external body is heat insulated & covered with aluminum / G.I. cladding.
