delhi paints corporation, situated at 21 jawahar marg indore, was established in the year 1951 by late ujjagar singh nanda, with the main objective of trading in paints of re[uted companies like ici and asian paints. Then gradually new products were added in our companies profile like thinners, solvents and other chemicals. Soon company found it itself in the top manufactures on thinners and paint reducers in india. By the year 1986 firm found itself at the top of the chemicals and thinners trading circles currently the company is managed my avneet singh duggal, gurjeet singh duggal and mandeep singh duggal.

however, realising the lack of quality awareness among the existing solvent traders and the inadequate existing facilities required to control the quality of solvents, especially when re-packed in drums/carboys, the management of delhi paints, in 1994, consciously decided to concentrate on this vexed issue which baffled the industry for long and try to free the sensitive chemical industry, especially the users of small quantity solvents, of this quality problem once and for all.

our turn over increased from 40 lakhs in 1985 to 1. 40 cr in the year 1996. After 1996 toluene and other products started coming from free import due to the downfall in the economy and free import many industries stopped their production hence our sales was also affected.

in 2008 due to change in market trends of thinner and need of more products to the portfolio duggal paints & chemicals was found. Its basic need was to provide best quality thinners in small packing ranging from 500ml to 200 lts. New products like paints removers, reduces and fuel were added by the new company in the groups protfolio the new company is let by expericesed mr. Avneet singh duggal and mandeep duggal(percuing chemical engg. Final year).
