Silica Gel with calcium sulphate (CaSo4 ½ H2O) as binder is by far the most extensively used adsorbent in Thin layer chromatography because of the excellent separation it affords. When coated on a plate in the form of thin layer it serves as a versatile solid stationary phase for adsorption and partition chromatography.

Application : Silica Gel - 'G' can be successfully employed in both qualitative and quantitative analysis of alkaloids, amino acids, oils and fats, vitamins, plant pigments, drugs and sugars.

Non Indicating Silica Gel

Non indicating silica gels will adsorb moisture in exactly the same way as -indicating (blue) silica gel, but they will not indicate when they are becoming saturated by changing their colour. It will remain white when they are becoming saturated. This is useful in fillers, catalysts supports, adsorbent, dehydrating agent and as the buffing media in toothpaste.

It is used for :

We are providing alumina balls that are manufactured from aluminium Oxide which is resistant to thermal stock and abrasion. Further, it does not shrink, swell, soften nor disintegrate when immersed in water.

Surface area are in the range 345-415 . Due to its higher capacity for water than Silica Gel at elevated temperatures it is mainly used as a desiccant for warm gases including air.

Applications :

• Purification of gases and liquids (removal of metallic traces, TBC and HF compounds).
• Drying of organic liquids such as LPG, propylene, butene, steam cracked liquids, cyclohexane, gasoline, chloro and fluoro hydrocarbons, aromatic solvents.

We use premium grade of raw material to manufacture premium grade of molecular sieves. Our wide range of molecular sieves has different applications which are as following:

• 13X molecular sieves: used in purification of air with air separation equipment and separation of gas and liquid
• 3A molecular sieves: used in dehydration of ethylene, propylene and ethanol
• 4 A molecular sieves: used in dehumidification of oil and gas
• 5A molecular sieves: used in air purification and PSA.

We offer wide range of support balls which are used as a support system of molecular sieves. Use of support balls bed at top or bottom of molecular sieves has following advantages:

• Proper distribution of gas
• Protection of molecular sieves bed as the direct impingement of gases has    tendency to weaken and damage the molecular sieves.
