| Three Roll MillsWe manufacture high capacity Three Roll Mills for all milling requirement that are available with pulley, geared or chain drives. These are fabricated using cast iron frame which ensures maximum rigidity and are also available in manual or hydraulic settings. Unique features: - Manual settings integrated with hand wheels with lock nuts are fitted at the front and rare end of the delivery and feed rolls
- Hydraulic settings are designed with power pack system complete with prime mover, hydraulic pump, pressure gauge, pressure control valve, hydraulic cylinders, for front and rear rolls, pipeline, and is installed in a totally enclosed system
- The rolls are centrifugally casted or chilled cast iron construction and are ground to a smooth finish having 450 - 500 B.H.N, with very high resistance to wear and tear
- These rolls arc hollow and complete with water cooling arrangement with a separate control valve for each roll
- The rolls are mounted on cast Iron machined blocks fitted with phosphor bronze bushings but can also be provided with self aligning roller bearings
- In case of manual 4 nos hand wheels with lock nuts are fitted at the front and rare end of the delivery and feed rolls

Toothed Colloid MillWe provide Toothed Colloid Mill (Grease Milling Machine) that is manufactured using stainless steel. It is a high speed grinding and mixing machine in which the product is subjected to high shearing, cutting and rubbing forces between two metals toothed surfaces. These machines are suitable for various kinds of fine grinding, homogenizing, emulsifying, mixing, dispersing and disintegrating. The grinding gap is regulated by an axial adjustment of the stator to an exactness of 0.05 mm and can be adjusted with a precision of 1/1000 mm. Disc Type Colloid Mill - Colloid mill is a high speed grinding and mixing machine. The product is subjected to high shearing, cutting and rubbing forces between two grinding discs
- Special Advantages- Colloid mill offers you the special advantage of two interchangeable grinding elements to stainless steel grinding discs and vice versa. The interchange can be carried out quickly and without difficulty by changing the grinding discs.
- The Mill consists of hopper lid impeller body water jacket, exhaust e exit, spindle assembly rotor & adjuster of the gap between the two grinding colloid mill with upper grinding colloid mill fixed to the lid making removal easier also making the operation & maintenance simpler.
- Adjustment of gap between the two grinding colloid mill can be made accurately and easily with dial and adjustment less than 2.55/100mm (1/1000°) per one revolution can be obtained even while the machine is in operation.
- By using colloid mill minute gap control is possible which is a very important thing by which grinding of super fine particles, corpus cling and high blending is resulted.
- In its grinding capacity, grains as tiny as 5 microns can easily be obtained and even possible are so minute as 1 micron or finer mesh particles. Hence in blending, dispersion, emulsifying, mixing, dispersing. Homogenizing & disintegrating, colloid mill shows outstanding performance.
