Our wire mesh conveyors are designed so as to convey even hot parts through spraying, dipping, washing or glazing operations. They are also perfect for transporting forgings, treated material or parts. The machine is equipped with flat wire mesh belts, which are suited for the use in foundries and stamping plants. The high tensile strength wire belts of these conveyors withstand temperatures of up to 1000 degree Fahrenheit. Our product Tray Washing Conveyor is specially designed for lower size heighted range trays to wash up to its inside edges and corners, to obtain 100% cleanliness while washing. One Tray you fed on this unit, it automatically goes for washing through the wash cabin and reaches at the delivery end after prompt washing, using normal water, liquid soap wash and hot water. It is applied water recycling system on this unit to save the cost of water. It is constructed in food grade stainless steel material.

Our product Packing Conveyor is a self-contained unit used for packing medicines, tablets, chocolates and any such light weighted articles into bottles, boxes or containers. It is widely used in diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, agriculture, food and beverages etc. The unit consists of a PVC belt, which provides for the smooth transition of product to the packaging head. Besides, the conveyors have self-aligned bearings, which ensure smooth and trouble free rotation of the rollers and the mechanism.
