How does Hair Removing Laser works?
Hair Removal Laser has been in use since 1997. The US FDA has approved it for permanent hair reduction. Lasers help in curing localized damage by selectively heating black target matter melanin that is responsible for black color of hair, while not affecting rest of the skin. This is the reason for minimal side effects of Laser hair Removal.

What areas of the body can be treated with Laser hair Removal?
Hair removing Laser is able to precisely treat all areas of our body that are visible including dark thick black hair. Hair removing by laser is also more effective on light colored skin having dark hair as compared to dark colored skin with light hair.
In Women other than full body, most common areas of treatment are upper lips, side locks, full face, chin, bikini lines, arms and legs, and underarms.
In Men, most common areas for treatment are shoulders, chest & back, the beard area and sometimes ear lobes. It can also be used to give shape to eyebrows.
How many treatments will I need and how will they be spaced?

What precautions should I take before and after the laser treatment?
Before:
Avoid waxing, threading, plucking 3 weeks before starting with Laser treatment.
After:
It’s preferable to apply sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher and avoid direct sun exposure.
How long do the effects of Laser treatment last?
It depends on hormonal status of the patients as those who have underlying hormonal imbalance keep on getting new growth at regular time intervals if not treated by medicine as laser is capable of removing hair but for regrowth hormonal status has to be corrected.
