It is a heat exchanger designed & manufactured to reduce / cool the compressed air temperature to desired level, so the condensation takes place & vaporized moisture & oil in air gets converted in liquid droplets which is further separated by moisture separator. The after cooler substantially reduces the moisture & oil load coming on down stream at the initial stage. The cooling media can be water or air.
Heatless Air Dryer works on the principle of adsorption. The dryness of compressed air / gas can be achieved up to (-) 70 °C ADP : It is most simple, stationary and fully automatic system operates with almost negligible maintenance.
The rightly selected Drytech pre fine filter combination results in enhanced / consistent dew point over long period. The dryness of air achieved by this type of desiccant dryer is better than refrigerated dryer.
