Functions
In Electrostatic precipitator the dust laden flue gases are filtered and cleaned for removal of dust particles before releasing into the atmosphere. The extra high Electrical voltage is applied between two electrodes to which the dust particles are attracted. These dust particles are removed by electromagnetic hammer. These hammers are called as Rappers & are based on Magnetic Impulse actuated Gravity Impact Technique.
