Our Manufacturing Unit
We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, which is well equipped with advanced technology. The headquarter of our organization is based at Gurgaon (Haryana, India), whereas our production unit is located at the heart of the gypsum mines of the country--Bikaner, (Rajasthan-India). With the assistance of Hebei Lvjoe Machinery Manufacturer Co. Ltd, we have greatly enhanced the production capacity using the latest equipment and machines. We have a plant capacity of 40, 000 metric tonne per annum, with our present annual output slightly lower at 35,000 metric tone approximately. New plaster plant with the capacity of 1.10 lac metric tonne per year and gypsum board plant of 2,00,000 sqm. per year capacity are under construction.
Warehousing & Packaging
We have an in-house warehousing and packaging unit, which sprawls over spacious area. This unit is equipped with advanced technology and is managed by experienced professionals. Keeping in mind the chemical properties of the products, our unit has a modern architecture and is installed with all modern facilities. Our warehouse is segregated into various compartments with spacious lobby in between for easy retrieval as and when required. In addition, it is well connected with ports, roads and railways to ensure timely delivery of the products. Further, these are offered by us in air tight and tamper proof packaging material that is capable of retaining the inherent properties of the packed products.
