About Us

We started our journey a decades ago with the company name Dulocos, manufacturing and exporting Sheet Metal Press Parts, Dies & Punches, Profile Cutting, Special Purpose Machines, Plastic Moulds and Sheet Metal Fabrication.
Earlier, we were a small unit and catered the local industrial requirements, with sheet metal press working as our primary job. Slowly and eventually, as our business flourished, we prepared ourselves for the broader fields manufacturing and exporting sheet metal parts and components.
Today, we are one of the key players in the market with hi-tech machines, skilled team and our R&D Unit. The regular technological up gradations we have introduced to our company has helped us to meet the needs of the customers.

We have a well-facilitated Press Shop where with the help of machines like CNC Turret punch press, NC Shearing machine and an various types of Power Presses, we are able to undertake any kind of press work and fabrication job.
We offer cost and time effective solutions for designing and fabricating all kinds of press parts by our latest machines like CNC Turret Punch press, which is installed in our press shop. Our fabrication is also able to undertake any kind of designing and fabrication job in bulk as per the client's requirements.

Quality Assurance
We try to perform strict quality checks for each of our manufactured and fabricated product, and maintain our quality standards. We do it because we believe that today we are able to survive in the industry only because of the strict quality parameters we maintain to manufacture all our products and the general measures we take in order to maintain the quality of each product.
For that purpose, we have recruited a team of Quality Check personnels, who check the quality of all the products manufactured .The products are checked for their accuracy, faults and durability.

Warehouse & Manufacturing
In addition to good manufacturing and fabricating facilities, We have a has a separate warehousing facility, where we keep all our manufactured products with optimum care. The warehouse is well maintained keeping in mind the each and every product's nature and properties. Separate chambers are provided to the products so that it can be kept safe.
As we serve the global markets, it's necessary to ensure that all our products are well packaged and are fully defensed against any damages. For that, we have a fully managed packaging unit, where the tools are specially packed in moisture proof polythene and thermocol packets to avoid any kind of tamper or transit damage.
Transportation
We have well-maintained transportation facilities to serve all our domestic and international clients. To ensure all the products delivered in time, we have maintained a good rapport with the travel authorities and C&F agents who provide better delivery facilities.

Die Designing Services We are in the fields of die-designing as per the requirement and the need of the customer and gained a field-expertise. From the basic die-designing to big turnkey projects, we are able to handle each and every kind of services.
