About Us
Dupen Laboratories was established in 1976 to manufacture quality pharmaceutical products. We specialize in production of myriad formulations in tablet,capsules and oral liquid forms. We are an SSI unit,catering to the needs of well known multinational companies. We manufacture products under loan license or third party terms. Recently,seeing the potential in the dental care market, we have launched our own range of oral health care products. Our people are our key strength. People with experience,who respond quickly to innovation in the industry, stay ahead of the competition. Our people are continually trained and kept abreast on the current practices in technology,GMP and quality assurance.
Quality
Quality in health care is an important fundamental truth because of the very nature of the business. Towards this Dupen has taken utmost care to rely on the very best, be it people,machines or processes. The highly skilled team,involved in production and quality assurance,works hard to ensure that stringent standards of GMP are adhered to. We maintain a dust free air conditioned atmosphere. Utmost care is taken to prevent any cross contamination via the use of air curtains. Our quality control lab is well equipped with required instruments to detect any flaws that may arise at any stage of the production process. Computerization is an integral part of our manufacturing practice, allowing precise control on batch size, inventory and delivery schedules. We pride ourselves on prompt deliveries of the quality products we manufacture.
Quality
Our factory is located at the edge of the vibrant industrial township of Vapi,Gujrat, easily accessible from Mumbai. The factory covers an area of about 25000 sq ft. constructed as per GMP and WHO standards. It has been upgraded in 2002 for GMP compliance as per revised schedule M and WHO GMP norms. The factory is well equipped for manufacturing tablets, capsules and liquid orals. We also have the facility to pack tablets in blister pack, aluminum strip and glassin poly.
